Here are some additional FAQ’s
to help answer commonly asked questions.
What kind of material do you use
to make your jewelry?
We use only .925 sterling silver,
real gemstone, and fine lampwork glass. Occasionally
a piece will contain wood, fiber, bone, seed, or other
natural substance. But we do not ever use plastic or
synthetic beads in our creations.
Do you ever use gold to make your
jewelry?
We are lovers of sterling silver!
We are not using gold at this time.
Do you attend any art fairs or trade
shows?
We do! Occasionally we attend art
fairs to display and sell the jewelry that you see here
online. Watch for details on our website.
Do you take custom orders?
Depending on the time of year and
the workload, we will take your custom orders with full
pre-payment.
Can you make alterations to a piece?
Absolutely. Any piece can be custom
fit.
I broke my bracelet. Will you fix
it free of charge?
Regardless of the reason, if it is
structural damage, the piece can and will be repaired,
free of charge. If you have broken a bead, depending
on the cost of the bead, you may be charged to replace
the bead on the piece. Any silver breakage will be replaced
free of charge.
How do I keep my new pieces from
tarnishing?
Sterling silver is prone to tarnish.
Many of our vintage pieces are oxidized, because many
people like that look. If you prefer the shiny look
of sterling, you can do many things to protect it. You
can close it in a small bag or pouch to resist tarnish.
You can purchase tarnish resistant strips to place in
your pouches or in your jewelry box. You can also purchase
polishing cloths on our website which both polish and
protect. |
